Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Petaling Jaya Selangor

Role description:
-Assist in receiving all the incoming calls and provide customer service assistance to customers visiting the centre.
-Providing administrative support like maintaining customer data as well as customer payment and appointment records, filing of expense claims, receiving and replying emails and mails, running errands as needed.
Skills/experience required:
-6 months experience in a receptionist and administration role
-Confident in liaising with customers and dealing with enquiries
-Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
-Competency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Completion of Secondary School/Diploma
-Have good general office PC and typing skills including the ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Attention to details and possess organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task and to remain calm under pressure
-Have a friendly and outgoing nature
